"I got more than what I expected. I thought I was getting some good workout tips and a detailed structure for getting on the right track. But I got a lot of information before I got the program that helped me understand how I can utilize my few hours a week that I can spare in the gym. I don't want to waste it guessing if I am lifting the right weights or running when I need to, or if I'm just using the right machines for what I want out of it. Plus I got some good eating advice and some not overly drastic recommendations on the kinds of foods and things that will help along the way.
