We spoke on the phone for approximately 1 hour and during that time we discussed my goals, problem areas, and diet. "I recently obtained a workout plan, calorie and supplement recommendations from Jerry Pitman.  I found him last year in an effort to gain some insight to my current workout regime and weight loss efforts. We have stayed in touch since then and when he offered to tweak my plan for me I was thrilled. The question portion of the process was enlightening.  He asked questions above and beyond what I was used to from other trainers.  He wanted specifics on where I was in my workout routine and where I wanted to be short term and long term.  He asked about past and current injuries, how I worked around them, and also offered suggestions on how to work the muscle related to the injury without causing further damage.  He asked what meds I was currently on so he would not suggest anything that might interact negatively with them.  He was very funny and personable, and his passion for health was palpable.
My routine came in less than a week.  It was so precise, telling not only reps and intensity of cardio, but also what machines to use on what days.  It was tiered into meso-cycles.  It also had tips for almost everyday on how to best work out that day with specifics on how to lift, how to bend, and/or correct body positions needed for the best results with an exercise.
Without ever meeting me in person, Jerry knew me.  He listened intently to our initial conversation and highlighted every concern and expectation I had.  My workout plan is mine alone!  It’s not some cookie cutter routine.  I am doing what I asked Jerry to help me do, which is to gain muscle while losing weight.  I highly recommend Jerry to anyone at any fitness level.  He is incredibly knowledgeable and will put a plan together for YOU!  When you work the plan you will see results."
